At South Manchester Psychology we believe in demystifying psychological theories and ideas to make them applicable to situations people face in all walks of life.
We believe in the importance of making sure that we offer high quality, evidence-based interventions that fit with people's individual hopes, dreams, preferences and values.
I am a clinical psychologist registered with the Health Care Professions Council, and I am also a chartered psychologist with the British Psychological Society. Alongside my work with South Manchester Psychology, I also practice in the NHS and third sector. This means that through my clinical work and training, I am experienced in applying clinical psychology to a range of settings and a variety of individuals with different needs.
I work with a variety of different psychological approaches depending on what people want and need, most often using ideas and techniques from cognitive behaviour therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and psychodynamic therapy.
